We respect the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and this policy explains how we collect and treat any information you give us.
We value your privacy as much as we do our own, so we’re committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We understand the importance of keeping your information safe and therefore will only ask for absolutely necessary details. We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone outside of the organisation access to it unless we’re forced to by law.
We ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number, on our website so that we can reply to your enquiry. Once making a booking we will require more specific information for example; about your dog, vet, home address and emergency contact details. This is what we need to have so all aspects of your dogs safety are ensured for their visit/s. This will be collected either via email or in person.
Our website doesn’t use cookies or scripts that were designed to track the websites you visit. We don’t use native social media ‘like’ or ‘sharing’ buttons which also build profiles of your internet activity. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic levels to our website, but your visit remains anonymous.
When you contact us by email or through our website, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with your enquiry. We will hold all other information on our secure booking database.
When you contact us through our website, we store your information in WordPress, our Content Management System (CMS). Your contact information is also sent by email to hello@waterloocheltenham.co.uk via a secure third party called Postmark. All Personal
We only use the contact information you provide on this website to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your contact information to promote our products and services to you. We use all other details for identification and safety purposes. For example; veterinary details will be used in the event of illness or injury.

When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. Our management team have access to everything you’ve provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.
Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it.
The computers we use are password protected and ask for authentication whenever they’re started or after 5 minutes of inactivity. Passwords are changed every 30 days. Our mobile devices are also password/face ID protected. The computer is safely stored in the office which is locked when unattended. Only senior staff have keyed access to the premises and a code is required to access Waterloo outside of opening hours.
