Many thanks again, it has been wonderful to find you and hearing Minnie squeak in excitement as we drove in on Saturday was such a great thing to hear, and seeing them trot happily into the kennel area following someone else was so different from their previous experience. They looked so relaxed when we picked them up too and it was lovely to hear such a quiet kennel, all dogs clearly content.

A huge thank you for taking such good care of little Ivan, he seems to have had a whale of a time, and if a little reluctant to leave his friends when we picked him up on Thursday (I think it was feeding time!), he was very happy to be home and quickly back to his mischievous self!

We are so grateful to you and all of your team for looking after Oscar so well. He certainly has had a wonderful holiday and although we missed him so much, we did not worry about him – we could relax knowing that he was having a fantastic time. He was very excited when he saw us although I’m not sure that he was too keen to get in the car!! We felt a bit mean taking him away from his friends!

Spencer is really happy spending time at Waterloo Kennels. He can’t wait to get out of the car as we pull into the yard. Liz and her team do a great job and Spencer is keen to meet his friends both two and four legged!
